Commercial growth has been the through-line of my career. I've built the go-to-market and portfolio strategy that sets direction, run the pricing, demand, and lifecycle work that moves revenue, and installed the renewal and retention discipline that makes growth hold. Across regulated, multi-vertical portfolios, I owned those results against profit-and-loss and built the teams that delivered them.

The work has spanned the full arc of value creation: launching new brands, integrating acquisitions, scaling recurring revenue, and standing up the governance that keeps growth durable. I've carried a business through a $100M+ exit, presented directly to corporate boards on performance and value creation, and built and led distributed teams across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
